I am passionate about providing high-quality supervision that fosters growth, confidence, and professional development for counsellors, therapists, and trainees. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and reflective space where supervisees feel valued, challenged, and empowered.
As a certified supervisor accredited by the National Counselling Society, I have demonstrated a deep understanding of supervision concepts, ethical considerations, and best practices. My training required me to critically engage with these frameworks, reflect on their application, and implement them effectively in practice.
I believe that supervision is not just about oversight—it is a collaborative process that enhances therapeutic skills, strengthens professional identity, and deepens self-awareness. I cultivate an environment of relational depth, where supervisees can explore their client work openly, gain fresh perspectives, and develop confidence in their clinical abilities. Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, my goal is to support you in navigating challenges, celebrating successes, and continuously evolving as a therapist.

Individual Supervision (1.5 hours) - £80
Group Supervision of 2 - 3 people (price available on request)
Reports, Letters and Trainee Paperwork charged at additional £30 per hour.

Thrive CPD offers an interesting and varied programme of CPD for counsellors and therapists, by two experienced trainers. When we are looking for CPD, we really want the in person experience. So we make no apologies for offering only in person training ourselves. Our CPD offers value for money and an enjoyable group experience, where you come away with skills to apply back in the room with clients.

Training Prices
All training is bespoke and can be adapted to meet your organisations needs. Depending on the requirements of the course prices start from £85pp, Training is normally a mixture of taught learning, experiential learning and group work.
